Before my first British Airways flight touched down at Heathrow Airport in 1973, I knew I was bitten by the travel bug! Flying over the Thames, seeing Big Ben, Westminster and the old, historic buildings was magical. It’s been a love affair, discovering new places, meeting interesting people and getting a broader view of the world. Who knew that nearly 50 years later I’d still have this wanderlust! As a permanent resident of Belgium, I discovered the “Capital of Europe” is a great springboard for travel.
